Easy Favicon provides a free online tool for generating favicon images for websites. By using our Service, you agree to:

When you use our Service to generate favicons:

• You retain all ownership rights to any content you upload, including images, text, or emojis ("User Content").
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
• You understand that your User Content is processed temporarily and is not permanently stored on our servers.

2.3 Generated Favicons

The favicons generated through our Service:

• Belong to you and you are free to use them for personal or commercial purposes.
• Are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind.
• Should not be used in any way that infringes upon the rights of others.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Easy Favicon, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:

• Any errors or defects will be corrected;
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components;
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

7. Termination
